Liability Agreement

BOOKING NW GUIDES give notice that they act only as a Finder providing a service to the public.  The Client understands and agrees that BOOKING NW GUIDES is not a Guide, Outfitter, Packer or Cook hired for any purpose and shall not be responsible for anything whatsoever except to receive and forward money. BOOKING NW GUIDES has no control over any refunds, agreements, changes, cancellations, shipments, charters, transportation, deposits or any part of the arrangements between Client and Outfitter, Guide, Packer or Cook.  BOOKING NW GUIDES cannot be held responsible for personal injury, personal belongings, by action or non-action occurring or non-occurring situation between any Client, Outfitter, Guide, Packer, Cook or persons or things including commercial transportation, air or ground, water and animals.  The Client accepts that BOOKING NW GUIDES cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or postponed arrangements, due to accidents, sickness, theft, loss of personal property, strikes, additional expenses, water fluctuation, insufficient reservation, weather, flood, earthquake, government restrictions, disruption of advertised schedules or other causes beyond their control.  There are no bookings for specific size, quantity, quality, color or personal values.  Clients are responsible for preparing for their adventures by understanding all pertinent information and arrangements handled between the Client and Outfitter, Guide, Packer or Cook, over which BOOKING NW GUIDES has no control. Further the operation of vehicles, boats, rafts, kayaks or animals used in Client adventures is the full responsibility of the companies and or individuals.  The Client agrees BOOKING NW GUIDES make no promise or guarantees. The Client agrees he or she has read and accepted the terms of this agreement, and further accepts responsibility of risks and vigor of travel and outdoor adventures, weather injury, confusion or disappointment, death, accident, damage, expense, delay, etc. BOOKING NW GUIDES encourages Clients to take out a trip insurance that would cover any of the above mentioned and trip cancellation of your adventure.  The Client understands the Guide, Outfitter, Packer or Cook reserves the right to make changes, as the very nature of outdoor adventures demands constant change and flexibility.
